The more than 10,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art Environmental Education Center puts fun and excitement into experiencing nature for the whole family. Visit our 33-foot, life-size right whale, observe marine life in the tide-pool tank, explore a cornfield at night and view other fascinating exhibits and 3-D dioramas.

DIRECTIONS

20 minutes from Newport, Providence and Fall River

 

From Newport : Take Route 114 North to the Mount Hope Bridge . Cross the Bridge. About .3 miles, bear left to stay on Route 114. Follow Route 114 for approximately 4.4 miles. The Center is on the left immediately before the Warren/Bristol town line.

 

From Providence : Take Route 195 East to Exit 7 (Route 114, Seekonk/Barrington). Bear right onto Route 114 South. Follow Route 114 South through the towns of Barrington and Warren . The Center is on the right side of the road immediately after the Warren/Bristol town line.

 

From Fall River : Take Route 195 West to Exit 2 (Route 136). Follow Route 136 South for approximately 3.4 miles. Turn right at the Historic Warren Exit and follow to the traffic light. Take a left at the traffic light onto Main Street (Route 114 South). Follow Route 114 South for approximately 1.4 miles. The Center is on the right immediately after the Warren/Bristol town line.

 

Please insure that buses park in designated bus parking area along the stone wall.
